Love Akitas, but not ready to start over with a young puppy? One of our retired dogs might be a perfect fit for you! Already well trained so you skip the puppy phase and step right into hanging out and going for walks and drives with your new companion. Reach out to visit and see if any of our adult Akitas could be your new best friend. A loving home and good fit with a new friend is our top priority, otherwise they will continue to live here with us.

Our guardian program allows us to carry on more of the wonderful Akita bloodlines that you’ve come to know and love here at Main Street Akitas and it allows you to have one of our best dogs for free! They live with you their whole life and only come back here to us to have a few litters before retiring early. Must be withing a few hours drive from us.
